*above address is our mailing address only.  Because we actually keep all our watches and accessory on our administration office (no drop shipping or third party shippers, we inspect each and every item that leaves for our customers) to better serve you for additional quality control, we have a separate administration/warehouse facility which will remain disclosed for security purpose and insurance policy.

Payment Terms

We accept following methods of payments :

All customers will be billed in U.S. Dollars. If you are using a credit card, your credit card company will convert equivalent U.S. Dollar charges in your currency at their rate.

Please note : Since Visa & Mastercard do not protect us, we reserve the right to refuse payment by credit card for first time buyers, or clients in countries where we have experienced past credit card problems. In this case, we can arrange for other methods of payments. We also cannot ship to some countries that have had postal problems and are prohibited by our insurance company.

Customers from other countries using credit card will by billed USD equivalent of the total in your currency set by your credit card issuer.

Shipping

All items are shipped out within 24 business hours (1 business day) of receipt of payment. All packages are insured. We ship our items by standard airmail. And higher priced items by EMS (trackable and insured)

Please note that currently all items are shipped from our Japanese location.  This allows us to send you most items at lower shipping fees as most of the Express service is cheaper and faster from Japan.  Watch will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) with tracking.  Most of the other item via regular air mail.  Please allow approx. 5 to 14 days to most countires.

If you require special shipping, please contact us prior to purchase.

Terms / Policy

Prices : All prices indicated are in US Dollars.

Customs : All buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes and alike that may incur when shipment clears buyer’s country’s customs. Please check with your authorities for any importation tax that might be due on your purchase.

Authenticity : All items will be guaranteed as to their authenticity. We do not sell “Replica” watches.

Warranty: Most "New" watches comes with 1 year warranty.  Please check with us if you are uncertain.  All vintage watches comes with 120 days warranty.  Vintage watches are not guranteed against waterdamage or waterproofness even if it was originally intended for diving.  Warranty is effective for normal use, unreasonable use or abuse of the watch is not covered by warranty.

Returns : Items may be returned if found not complying to description within 72 hours of receipt. Item has to be in unused condition as received. (Exception apply) 
We cannot accept returns or exchange for items such as watch bracelets adjusted in length (at our end or customer's end) or once attached to the watch or similar situations when item is considered preowned, unless clear manufacturing defect is detected.
Please let us know by e-mail, telephone call, or fax before returning the item. We will send you instruction on packaging and proper markings. Otherwise we will be charged by customs at our end and therefore we must charge you respectively. Please note that shipping and handling charge are not refundable.

Unless the merchandise is found defective, shipping charges will not be refunded (in case of free shipping for watches US$25 will be reserved for shipping cost which will not be refunded).  Plus 15% restocking fee will applied and deducted from the refund.

Refund will be arranged within 48 business hours on receipt of the item and after inspection is done.

Privacy: We do not share, sell or exchange your personal information anyway.  Your personal information including your name, address and payment information is used only for the purpose to correspond with you and to deliver your mechandise.  We do not keep your payment information after the transction is completed.

Security:  Our site is fully encrypted by 256-bit SSL and we assure you that the confidential information and transactions cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered.
