This is the gununine NATO Straps supplied to MOD (Ministry of Defence) in UK.  This strap is weaved in camouflage pattern and each strap has slightly different pattern.

These will work in watches with fixed bars and spring bars.  Please measure the width between lugs (opening where current bracelet or band is attached).  If you have 19mm width, either 18mm or 20mm will work.  Just a preference of how you want it to look.
